Carrie is a former Associate Director in the Futures Practice of Kantar Consulting, helping clients make sense of consumer trends and behaviors to guide product development and intelligent marketing strategy. During her career Carrie has contributed to projects and insight frameworks on a range of topics—from the future of home to emerging flavor trends to category level foresight strategy. In all of these cases, Carrie’s focus has been on helping clients see the underlying business implications of the ebb and flow of consumer behavior to unlock new sources of growth for their business. During her 9+ years in the consulting world, Carrie has had the pleasure of working with a wide range of industries and clients including Samsung, General Mills, Newell Brands, Coca-Cola, Unilever, American Express, British American Tobacco, Anheuser-Busch, and the Department of Education in New York City. Most recently Carrie has been teaching innovation and foresight to undergraduates through the Engler and CUSP scholars programs, at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Carrie holds a BA in international comparative studies from Duke University and is currently working on a dual Masters of business administration and Masters of applied science in sustainable agricultural systems through the college of agriculture and natural resources, at UNL.
